Plain stock items (UK Mainland Only)
Free next day delivery on most orders over £175+vat (order cut-off 2pm). On orders under £175+vat next day delivery is charged at £9.95+vat.
DTF Transfers (UK Mainland Only)
Free delivery on orders over £175+vat, estimated 1-2 working days (order cut-off 12pm). On orders under £175+vat delivery is charged at £9.95+vat.
Decorated items
Delivery is calculated on each individual order and a price will be provided on your order quotation.
Non UK Mainland
Delivery is calculated on each individual order depending the destination address. Please contact us prior to placing an order for current shipping rates and information.
Returns
Plain stock items
Subject to the Buyer having a right to return the Goods pursuant to our terms, all sales are final. However, Garment Gate does, subject to our terms and conditions, recognise that there may be occasions when it is appropriate to accept returns from the Buyer and Garment Gate shall, on a case by case basis, consider doing do. For the purposes of this clause, any Goods which the Buyer wants to return shall be referred to as “Returned Goods”;
In order to request a return please contact us at info@garmentgate.co.uk with your full name, address, order number, details of which items from your order you wish to return and your reason for return. Once we receive your email we aim to reply with a decision within 1 full working day. Returns received without a valid returns authorisation note will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Please note, all accepted returns are subject to restocking and handling fees as outlined in our terms and conditions.
DTF Transfers & Decorated items
Bespoke items are NOT ELIGIBLE for return, for this reason we urge you to request size charts etc from us prior to confirming your order. Please also take the time to check all artwork proofs provided and ensure that artwork submitted for DTF transfers is correct prior to approval and completing your order.
Faulty or Damaged goods
Our service is of utmost importance to us and although we do check every order prior to dispatch on occasion faulty or damaged items can slip through the net. In the event you do receive an incorrect or faulty item, please get in touch with us and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please check your items before decorating or altering them. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered after you have received delivery under any circumstances.
